At American Bad Ass Apparel, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the item is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
